| Fees & Costs The Diversion Program fee is $195. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid by the 60th day. The fee and costs can be paid at the clerks' window of the Municipal Court during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We can take cash, credit card, debit card, cashier's check, money order or personal check. Credit and debit cards must be in the name of the person paying. Court costs are $124. There is a $50 fee charged if you miss your assigned workday and are permitted to reschedule. This does not imply that you have an option to pick a workday that is more convenient for you. The assigned workday is a mandatory court appearance and should be treated as such. One no show is reason enough for you to be dismissed from the program. Two unexcused no shows will earn you a show cause hearing to the Judge. By mail, we can take a money order or a personal check. Please do not mail cash. We cannot take a starter check (one that is given by the bank before personal checks are printed) or credit card checks. We also do not accept payment by phone. | |
