Period of Good Behavior You are expected to be a law abiding citizen for the 90 day period of the program. This includes not using or possessing alcoholic beverages, or being charged with any criminal and/or alcohol related offense. If you are found to be drinking or if you are charged with a second criminal offense, you will be removed from the program and prosecuted on both the original charge and the later charge. The 90 period of the program is considered to be enough time to complete all requirements. There are no continuances, extensions or exceptions. |
